BCA Firearms offers three precision-machined handguard styles across most rifle variants:

• Slim Rail:

  • Lightweight and sleek, ideal for agile setups and low-profile optics.

• Quad Rail:

  • Full Picatinny on all four sides for maximum accessory mounting.

• FatBoy Rail:

  • Wider diameter and aggressive styling for enhanced grip and heat dissipation.

Each rail is Cerakote finished, free-floating, and features an anti-rotation retention system for stability and accuracy.

Note: Handguard availability may vary slightly between BCA-10 and BCA-15 models. Custom-length handguards or dual-Picatinny variants are available upon request.

Ordering a custom rifle from BCA Firearms is a personalized, step-by-step experience. Here’s how it works:

1. Submit a Custom Build Inquiry
   – Visit our website and fill out the Custom Rifle Request Form, or contact us directly at [email protected].

2. Consultation & Design
   – We’ll schedule a one-on-one consultation to discuss your preferred caliber, barrel length, handguard, Cerakote finish, accessories, and intended use (e.g., hunting, competition, defense).

3. Build Proposal
   – You’ll receive a detailed proposal with specifications, pricing, and lead time. We’ll make adjustments until it fits exactly what you want.

4. Approval & Payment
   – Once you approve the build, payment is required in full to begin production.

5. Production & Updates
   – You’ll receive updates at key stages: machining, coating, assembly, and testing. Your rifle will be shipped to your selected FFL once complete.
