The Warranty Process
- Submit Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request:
- Name, address, phone, and email address
- SN of Firearm
- Date of Purchase
- Location of Purchase
- Proof of Purchase if Firearm not previously registered with BCA Firearms
- Problem with firearm
- BCA will email you an RMA Number and shipping label.
- Return Firearm to BCA using the provided shipping label.
- Before shipping the firearm, please confirm the following:
- the firearm has not been modified, it is clean, and all accessories have been removed;
- the firearm is unloaded and there is no ammunition in the firearm or packaging;
- the Return Merchandise Authorization form has been placed inside the packaging; and
- the Return Merchandise Authorization number has been clearly written on the outside of the packaging.
- Any failure to follow these instructions could result in your package being refused and returned to you without repairs at your expense.

BCA FIREARMS LLC Limited Lifetime Warranty
BCA Firearms, a veteran owned, SBA certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small-Business, crafts high-quality firearms for those who value the performance and aesthetics of modern sporting firearms.
BCA Firearms proudly come standard with our Limited Lifetime Warranty. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is intended to deliver the highest level of confidence in quality, reliability and support when purchasing a BCA firearm.
This limited lifetime warranty has been drafted in compliance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act, which is effective for goods manufactured on or after December 31, 1995.
BCA firearms are warranted, for the lifetime of the original purchaser and only to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in material and workmanship, provided the original purchaser has registered the product with BCA Firearms within 60 days of the original purchase, subject to any state law restrictions. NOTE: Residents of California and Virginia are not required to register their product to qualify for this Limited Lifetime Warranty. BCA Firearms agrees to correct, by repair or replacement with a new or comparable model, a qualifying BCA Firearms product without charge. Proof of original ownership (e.g., copy of a dated bill of sale showing original purchase of a new firearm) is required to be eligible for this Limited Lifetime Warranty. BCA Firearms assumes no responsibility for product malfunction, physical injury or property damage resulting in whole or in part from criminal use, or negligence, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modifications, use of defective, improper, or hand-loaded ammunition, abuse, neglect, or any other influences beyond BCA Firearm’s control.
This warranty does not apply to the normal wear of any parts or surface finish, including metal, wood, plastic, rubber, or other materials. This warranty does not cover repairs related to unreasonable use, corrosion, damage, barrels damaged by an obstructed bore. It also does not apply to loss or damage suffered during return shipment.
BCA Firearms reserves the right to inspect the product before making replacement or repairs covered by this warranty. BCA Firearms may, at its discretion, offer a replacement firearm at no charge or a reduced price for discontinued firearms that are not repairable. Certain discontinued models may not be eligible for this program.
Under no circumstances shall BCA Firearms be held liable for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss, injury or property damage resulting from the breach of either the express or implied warranty. This limitation does not apply to states that disallow the exclusion of consequential or incidental damages.
This warranty grants specific legal rights to the original retail purchaser only. Other rights may apply and vary from state to state. The terms of this warranty may only be changed in writing by an officer of BCA Firearms, LLC. The BCA Firearms factory at 6320 Hart Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76112, USA is the only authorized repair location.
